Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. As all products are made to order using a print-on-demand model, production begins only after your order is placed.
Production & Fulfillment
We work with a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Each item is individually produced after purchase. This helps reduce overproduction and waste while ensuring every product is made specifically for you.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local carriers, and production workload.
- France & Europe: 4–10 business days after production
- International: 7–20 business days after production
During peak seasons (holidays, sales periods), delivery times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a suitable solution.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
