Overview
Each product is made to order using a print-on-demand model. This means every item is produced specifically for you after your purchase.
Changed Your Mind? (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason.
- Email us at contact@machikoulidana.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address.
- Send the items back within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs are paid by you.
Once we receive the items, we refund the price of the items and the original standard shipping cost.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Depending on your choice, we will send you a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you. All products are also covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, within 14 days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show the refund on your account.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first: we will do our best to fix it quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the refusal of future orders.
