General Terms & Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Scope, Merchant Identity & Tax Status

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales on machikoulidana.com.

The website is operated by Machikoulidana (Thai Willy), a sole proprietorship registered in France under SIRET number 107 761 116 00014, located at 173 Rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France.

VAT is not applicable according to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

Article 2: Payment & Currency

The currency of the contract is the Euro (€). All payments are processed in EUR. Currency conversions (USD/GBP) are for informational purposes only and may vary depending on exchange rates. Customers are responsible for any additional fees charged by their bank or payment provider.

Article 3: Production & Delivery

All items are made to order using a print-on-demand model. Production begins only after payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, production workload, or shipping carriers.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 4: Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

As each Machikoulidana product is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size selection, change of mind, or ordering errors.

However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@machikoulidana.com with clear photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or appropriate solution after review.

Article 5: Refunds & Replacements

In the case of an approved issue (manufacturing defect, print error, or damaged item), we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

We reserve the right to evaluate each claim individually and to refuse unreasonable or fraudulent claims.

Article 6: Legal Warranties

Despite Article 4, customers benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and protection against hidden defects as defined by applicable law.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

All designs, visuals, characters, illustrations, and branding elements of Machikoulidana (Thai Willy) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use will result in legal action.

Article 8: Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including size selection, delivery address, and contact details. We cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
